Incusa offices – Valencia

fos Studio. has led a radical aesthetic and functional overhaul of Incusa’s main offices in Silla (Valencia), placing the company’s own product—premium leather—front and center.

With over 90 years of heritage and four family generations dedicated to tanning, Incusa supplies high-end leather for international fashion houses producing footwear, bags, and accessories.

The Valencian studio’s redesign revives the mid-century charm of the original offices while updating it with a contemporary lens. Leather takes center stage through bespoke elements such as the grand reception-area curtain, co-produced by Fos Studio and Gamuza Craft. The color palette is inspired by natural tanning hues, and large-scale greenery injects organic contrast into the industrial setting.

Viccarbe furnishing plays a key role throughout. In a meeting room, the sculptural Burin table by Patricia Urquiola is paired with four earthy-toned Season chairs by Piero Lissoni. In one of the private offices, a Mario Ferrarini Quadra chair and the Noha Executive Lounge by Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba provide comfortable seating, accompanied by the Ace lounge chair in wood and leather by Jean-Marie Massaud and a Tiers side table.

The spacious, carefully curated transition zone exudes warmth and intimacy, featuring Season poufs by Piero Lissoni and the Funda Bold lounge chair by Stefan Diez in earthy tones to reinforce visual continuity.

Other touches of Viccarbe throughout the project include the Torii bench, Shape and Bamba side tables, the Maarten stool, and the Levitt sofa—a curated ensemble that celebrates design through materiality, comfort, and character.

The 42nd-floor office in Madrid’s Torre Picasso has been designed by Destudio. The project aims to clearly distinguish the commercial and meeting areas from the workspace, connecting them through a characterful reception zone that serves as a transitional core.
