General Warranty

Viccarbe guarantees product quality throughout the manufacturing process when each piece is used appropriately for its intended purpose. Indoor products are covered by a 10-year warranty from the invoice date, including repair of manufacturing defects and, where applicable, replacement or refund. Custom orders, certain collections and marble tables have a 2-year warranty. Outdoor products are also covered for 2 years, subject to the conditions of use, care and environment detailed in the General Warranty.

EU Legal Guarantee Notice

Viccarbe makes available the Harmonised Notice on the Legal Guarantee of Conformity established by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/1960. Available in the official EU languages, this document informs consumers about their legal guarantee rights while preserving the design, content and QR code defined by the European Commission.
