Perxa Stool is the stool in the Perxa collection by Piero Lissoni for Viccarbe. Its name comes from the perxa, the oar used to pole boats across the still waters of La Albufera, and the stool expresses that gesture in a single raised line, upright and steady. Like the chair, it has a curved oak seat and a light yet sturdy structure. Its backrest receives the body without excess. Unlike the chair’s, it sits at the same height as the armrests.
Available in two heights, Counter and Bar, and in three versions: polished, with upholstered seat, or upholstered in seat and backrest. The armrests are always in solid ash stained in matt oak, cognac, ash, bleached oak or walnut, and the steel structure comes in satin chrome or powder coated in black or white.
