The new regional office of Oberoi Realty (Gurgaon – India), a real estate development company, has been designed by the interior design studio Ultraconfidentiel. A project that translates the brand’s vision into space and, beyond mere functionality, articulates a dialogue between light, materiality, and human experience.

The design of this office celebrates the poetics of materiality through grey-toned flooring, warm marble, and wood laminates with black and brass accents—a combination that reinforces the brand’s identity linked to luxury and hospitality. Light, carefully modulated, enhances surfaces, softens volumes, and creates a restrained atmosphere that heightens the sense of calm and exclusivity.

Within this professional setting, where sobriety defines the interior design, Viccarbe furnishes the boardroom with the Noha Executive chair by Ludovica Serafini and Roberto Palomba. Its leather upholstery in brown tones, combined with a black base, brings a refined material presence, while its comfort supports extended seating. The palette and materials come together to shape a timeless and refined atmosphere, designed to foster confidence and facilitate decision-making within a glass-enclosed space.
