Valencia has a new restaurant: El Gordo de Cortes, a tribute to the most traditional Valencian cuisine with signature hints. Located in the tallest building in the area, designed by architect Ricardo Bofill, the new gastronomic space by El Gordo y El Flaco Group has taken care of every detail to be the city’s new landmark.

As for the interior design, natural materials such as wood and porcelain are at the heart of the space. All to achieve a refined and minimalist aesthetic in which our Aleta chairs designed by Jaime Hayon shine to elevate the dining experience.
